What type of payment do we accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, personal checks
and cashier's checks. We currently use PayPal for all
credit card payment processing. PayPal supports a
large number of credit cards, including Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners
Club and EnRoute. Check cards or debit cards with
either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and
treated just like a credit card. All credit card
transactions are secure using 128-bit SSL encryption
for your security.
Do you accept payment by phone or COD?
We do not accept payment by
telephone and we do not ship C.O.D.
Will we accept checks?
Please
contact us concerning
checks.
Can we ship to a Post Office box?
At this time, we will not ship to a Post Office box.
Do we ship outside the Continental US (Alaska,
Hawaii, etc.)?
Normally, we do not. But, please contact us at
info@pastperfectllc.com,
so that we can review your request.
When will your order ship?
Your order will ship within 2 business days, once
payment is received. Orders paid by personal or
cashier's check will ship once the check clears our
bank. Once your shipment is made, you will be advised
by e-mail.
How will my order be shipped?
Most items are shipped free of charge. On those items
that are not (they will be noted), please
contact

and we will advise you as to shipping costs
for the item(s) you are interested in. All items are
shipped from New Orleans, LA. The majority of items
will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service, or United
Parcel Service. Larger items ship via LTL Common
Carrier. If an item is not shipped free of charge,
the buyer has the option of designating the carrier.
Prior to shipment, you will be advised via e-mail as
to the ship date and carrier. All items must be paid
in full, including shipping costs (if applicable),
prior to shipment..
Is our website checkout secure?
Yes! All payments are collected through PayPal with
128 bit encryption on all payment processing for your
